A quick overview of Butterfly blade terminology: “ALC” is Arylate Carbon Fibers which dampen vibration and provide soft touch and feel, “ZLC” is Super ZL-Carbon which expands the high reaction area of the blade, “CNF” is Cellulose NanoFiber is a fiber created from wood pulp designed to act like a carbon blade for attacking shots but to maximize the wood on wood feel for softer strokes.
