Butterfly Table Tennis Question and Answer

BladeViscaria
Forehand: Nittaku Fast Arc C-1
BackhandTenergy 64

Question:  Can you please explain the difference between a hard, medium and soft sponge on the table tennis rubbers. can you please tell me the pros and cons. Look forward to hearing your advice.

Coach Jun Gao, Ask The ExpertsAnswer: Hi Jose,

Soft sponge is slower than hard, you need more power to speed up. Beginner player should use soft sponge to get more control.

Viscaria with Tenergy 64 is good combination for advance player or higher.
