Oscar’s Dream

Posted on

(by Oscar A. Birriel)

Since I started in this sport, I fell in love with it. It all started at age of 9 years old. I started practicing Table Tennis as a hobby and then fell in love with it. Each day my passion grew more until I found out that I wanted to do this professionally. My family supported me and since then, I have worked hard towards my dream. It hasn’t being a piece of cake. It’ s being a long process, I have lost a part of my childhood looking after my dreams but I think it’s worth it. Since I was 13 years old, I dared to cross overseas alone and left my family to train abroad and work on my dreams. I’ve had my ups and downs, I’ve fallen, I’ve learned, I’ve become better. Every step I have taken in these past few years, with maturity, I have understood the responsibility towards myself and all those who have supported me. It has been an arduous journey and a lot of efforts, but the more difficult it is, the more efforts and dedications I will put into it. I want to be among the best, earn a place at the Olympics or who knows, one day much more than that. I will always do my best to honor the brand and wear it with great pride. I have been using Butterfly for many years and I’m so proud to be part of the Bowmar Sports- Butterfly family. My hard work and dedication will promote you brand with responsibility, all the adjectives that describes the brand. It is not all about publicity, it is also about helping other to achieve their goals, that’s the best promotion ever, because you became part of that achievement. That is why this sponsorship makes it so special, because I know, that I will have greater success and I want you to be part of it. Thank you so much for this opportunity and for believing in my dreams. I will keep working hard to make my dreams into reality.
