NYITTC January 20 tournament Open Championship

TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS: Yuxiang Li (www.NYITTC.com)

REFEREE: Jean Sze/CR;

RULES: All USATT and regulations apply. USATT Dress Code will apply.

EQUIPMENT: Butterfly tables, 3 star white butterfly balls;

ENTRY POLICY: All entries must include payment.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be postmarked by Jan.17, 2018. Late entries will be charged $5.00.  Entries may be rejected if space is filled. All the entries must include full payment in order to be in the draw(s). Hard copy of the registration or email entry with the entry form is acceptable jeansze@comcast.net. No phone entries will be accepted. Players will be refunded for entry fees at least 2 days prior to tournament date. Players will be given the credit of the entry fees for the next NYITTC Tournament before the tournament starts or the event is canceled. Refund will not be given for any withdrawals after the tournament start.
