I am in the process of perfecting my forehand pendulum serve.
I would like to know if I should serve than turn to face the opponents return or incorporate the turn onto the serve?

This Ask the Experts question was answered by Jinxin Wang. He is a Coach at Google in Mountain View, California. Coach Wang’s response is as follows:

Hi Richard,

I am not quite understand the question, so I am guessing you are asking is you should turn after the serve or during the serve.

If it was what you asking, then the answer is, you can turn your body after you contact the ball when you serving pendulum.

Hope you find the answer is helpful.
