Butterfly Table Tennis Question and Answer

Blade: Xiom Axelo
Forehand: Yasaka Rakza 7
Backhand: Stiga Calibra Tour s

Question: Hi! My name is Aldwin and I’m looking for a blade that is spin oriented and good for smashing the ball. The blade I’m using has a soft feel and awesome in both looping and smash but I feel it’s lacking some flex on it. What can you suggest for me?

Coach Jinxin Wang, Ask The Experts

Answer: Hi Aldwin ,

Thanks for your question and interest in Butterfly equipment.

Typically I recommend using Mizutani Jun ZLC because it is very dynamic and provides an excellent ball feedback, which provides additional control in variable offensive play.

This racket combined with spin and strength, excellent feeling of control . Whenever you loop the ball, either close to the table or far away, it makes a beautiful arc . When you are smashing, it makes a strong offensive performance, very fast, reach the racket’s the best.

It should suit you perfectly and meet your needs.

Hope you find this helpful and enjoy your new equipment!

Best of luck!
