Butterfly Table Tennis Question and Answer
Question: What blade and rubbers should I used after more than 10 years without playing? And in order to start learning again the forehand and backhand technique properly, can you give a suggestion? Taking into consideration that I’m 45 now. Thanks in advance from Panama republic of Panama.

This is a good question. Personally I have been using the Viscaria blade for the last 5 years and I think it’s a great blade. With Tenergy 05 on the forehand and Tenergy 64 on the backhand I think it’s a great combination for players of any level.
