Angel Naranjo Joins Bowmar

(by Steve Hopkins)

This week, Bowmar Sports announced that Angel Luis Naranjo Lopez has joined the Bowmar Sports Butterfly Team.  The 15-year-old Naranjo is a rising star in Puerto Rico.  A shakehands attacker with strong shots on both wings who has considerable international experience for his young age.

In 2019, Naranjo has already competed in the Thailand Junior and Cadet Open (making the semifinals in the U15 and finishing in the top 64 in the U18), the Spanish Junior and Cadet Open (making the round of 64 in the U18), the Belgium Junior and Cadet Open (where he made the final 16 in the U15), and the French Junior and Cadet Open (where he finished in the top 16 in the U15 and made the final 64 in the U18).  A year ago, Naranjo also made the Quarterfinals in the U18 at the US Open.

Bowmar Sports looks forward to supporting Naranjo as he continues to develop as a player and we wish him continued success on both the junior and senior circuits.
