ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be RECEIVED BY April 20, 2019. Slots are limited to ensure tournament quality. Late entries may be accepted with a $15 late fee. No refund after the deadline. No entry will be accepted without an entry form (online or mailed) and payment.
FORMAT: Singles events will start with a 3-way or 4-way preliminary round robin (RR) followed by a single elimination (SE) main draw. One or two players will advance from the preliminary RR depending on the number of entrants. Doubles events may be SE or RR. Format subject to change based on actual number of players.
EQUIPMENT: White Butterfly 3-Star Ball A40+ will be used. ITTF Approved Butterfly tables will be used. ITTF approved red rubber mat on all courts.
