USATT’s Nominating and Governance Committee announced today that it will conduct an election for the At Large Board seat for the term beginning in January, 2017. In accordance with the By-Laws, the Record Date (date of the beginning of the election) will be January 14, 2017.
Any USATT General Member may seek election for the At Large Director position as long as the requirements described in Section 7.6(b)(3) are met. The candidate must be an adult General Member (age 18 or older) in good standing at least 60 days before January 14, 2017; AND, must obtain and submit at least 25 signatures of support from current USATT General Members.
At Large candidates should submit a one page statement of interest along with their signatures of support to Andrew Horn (Andrew.horn@usatt.org) by December 1, 2016. The Nominating and Governance Committee will evaluate the eligible candidates and nominate at least two for election. Alternatively, if an adult General Member in good standing at least 60 days before January 14, 2017, obtains and submits at least 150 signatures of support from current adult USATT General Members, then that member shall automatically be placed on the election ballot for the At Large Director seat. The signatures of support must be submitted on the official form to Andrew Horn (Andrew.Horn@usatt.org) on or before December 1, 2016.
Voting will start on January 14, 2017, and will last two weeks.

Each candidate for the At Large Director seat may submit a one page statement in support of their candidacy to be publish in the USATT Insider. The statement must be submitted by January 10, 2017.
