The following is the test review of Tenergy 05 Hard rubber at CCTTA on October 6th, 2018:

The Tenergy 05 Hard 2.1 mm rubber sheet is approximately 7 grams heavier than normal Tenergy 05 due to its higher density sponge. The Tenergy 05 Hard sheet was glued to the forehand, with Tenergy 05fx 1.9mm glued to the backhand, on a Butterfly Innerforce Layer ZLF CS for testing. The racket is well balanced in weight at 179 grams.

For close table counter looping and short game serving, our staff found the rubber performs better than 05, providing more confidence in shot placement. This harder rubber generates more powerful looping and smashing from mid to long distance. In an active offensive game , the overall looping becomes a faster power attack. A very dynamic rubber.
