Jessie Xu Finishes 2nd in 2023 Pan Am Selections Canada

Jessie Xu, the youngest player who competed in the 2023 Pan Am Selections in Canada, finished 2nd place, losing to Mo Zhang in the Final. This was held from June 2-4 in Mississauga, Ontario. Jessie was selected as one of the three female players to represent Team Canada for the prestigious Pan Am Games. The 2023 Pan Am Games will be held in Santiago (Chile) on October 25 – November 5.

Jessie has qualified for the 2023 Pan Am Championships (September 10-17, 2023 in Cuba). She finished 1st place in the Pan Am Junior Selection (U15 and U19) so she is qualified for all three events (U15, U19 and Senior) of the 2023 Pan Am Championship.
