Kanak Jha Extends Contract With TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen

(by Steve Hopkins)

American fans will be able to follow Kanak Jha with his German squad for another year.  USA’s top player has extended his contract with TTF Liebherr Ochsenhausen through the 2022/23 season (with an extension possible for the following season as well).

Kanak Jha has an 11-6 record for Ochsenhausen thus far this season – scoring more points for his squad than any other player.  At age 21, Jha continues to seek to improve – and the level of competition in the German League is an important part of his development.

So far, Ochsenhausen is sixth in the standings.  Jha and his teammates hope to finish the season in the Top 4 so they can play for the championship.  Fans will be able to tune in to watch Jha and the Ochsenhausen squad for the rest of this season – and with this extension – for next season as well.
