Xu’s consistent performance and strategic play earned him the title 3-1 (11-8, 11-9, 11-5, 11-7).

In women’s singles, China’s Yang Yiyun topped compatriot Wang Xiaotong 3-1 to claim the title.  In Men’s Doubles, the Chinese duo of Xu Haidong and Sun Wen triumphed in  the all-Chinese Final over Yuan Licen and Xu Yingbin.
