After a 9 years of absence, the Team from the Yukon Territory will be back at the Canadian Championships. Hosted in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Territorial Sport Organization will be sending 3 boys and 3 girls to the tournament. Coaching the Territorial Team for many years already and bringing them to Winnipeg is Kevin Murphy.

Kevin said “It’s been a while for the Yukon Territories, but for me I’ve been to the Canadian Championships many times, starting back in 1974.” Kevin also mentioned that this will be a great experience for the Athletes. “They will learn and see how good you can become. This will great for them to bring back, being inspired and knowing what they can achieve. Plus, they will have fun too!”
