Many people have asked us if we can make video available for the Aerobic TT program.

We have listened and decided to release an all new Aerobic TT video for clubs and schools. The video will be produced in an easy to follow format, allowing total beginners to use the video and improve their fitness.

The new video contains all the regular table tennis movements to music.

The main difference in the new video, we have concentrated more on the physical fitness exercises. Many more speed and agility exercises have been included, and will certainly push people during the sessions. People are certainly in for a good workout, and will burn many calories during the sessions.

The video is over one hour of table tennis movement to music and SAQ exercises.

Aerobic TT will supply the video in two ways. Number 1, purchase a physical video on a USB memory stick. Number 2, purchase the video online by download. The download option is of course perfect for all people from around the world.

The video is perfect for people that want to deliver the program, but also good for people that want to take part in the sessions and get fit. Watching the video and following the on screen instructor, is a great way to improve your table tennis stroke technique.
Many of the exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home, giving you chance to practice before attending the sessions.

The instructor in the new video is 15 year old Hannah Burrows, our face of Aerobic Table Tennis for schools in the UK. Ways to purchase will be online and also available will be paying by card over the telephone.

The new video will be available to purchase in May 2015.

Also available in 2015, the new ADVANCED Aerobic Table Tennis video, which will include Iulia Necula as the instructor.
