Jonathan Pino, hailing from Caracas, Venezuela, is a professional table tennis player and coach. He has competed in numerous championships, including 2 Junior World Championships and 10 Senior World Championships.
In his most recent Junior World Championship, he made headlines by defeating the Olympic star from Germany, Dimitrij Ovtcharov, surprising both the table tennis world and the Japanese press.
Jonathan has earned multiple medals in Pan American, Central American and Caribbean, and South American Games. Additionally, he has played in European leagues such as the second division in France and the first division in Spain. Recently, Jonathan was invited to train at the Dohjo Tamasu Butterfly High-Performance Center.
