Fremont Table Tennis Academy (FTTA) is one of the first full-time clubs and one of the top performing clubs in the nation. Personal attention is giving to each student, whether a fresh beginner with no prior experience or seasoned tournament player. Group and private table-tennis lessons are available for all levels and ages.

Shashin Shodhan leads the coaching at FTTA. He has the highest level of coaching certification with both USA Table Tennis (National Coach) and the International Table Tennis Federation (Level 3). He has represented the US men as a top performer at the North American Olympic Trials. His international experience has taken him to world powers China, Sweden, and Germany over 10 times for training. At some of the world’s top clubs, he has played with some of the world’s best players and learned from some of the world’s best coaches. He was a member of the US junior national team and has won 15 national titles in various age and rating events.
