WTTC Interviews: Adriana Diaz

Posted on

1.How do you take the result of the top 16?

I feel good, I feel happy. I think that being in the Top 16 is really important to me and to my career. I just want to continue practicing so I can be even better in the future.

2.What aspects of your play do you think made you world class?

I think my biggest strengths are my serves and my backhand. I feel that when I have these two shots in good condition I can play my top level.

3.What do you think was the reason for your success in this tournament?

I think the level of preparation for WTTC was really good, we really were focusing on this championship and at the end all the hard work was worth it.

4.What are your thoughts on the first WTTC held in the United States?

I loved playing in the US. I think there’s a lot of great fans and also a lot of Puertorican fans so I’m grateful I was able to experience this tournament in America.
