Timo Boll Drill: The 2-2

Posted on

(by Steve Hopkins)

In the video shown below, Timo Boll explains one of his common drills.  It is a very basic drill he calls the 2-2.  He hits two forehands and then two backhands while concentrating on his technique.  In the video, he uses a robot to place the balls and he moves in and out, concentrating on executing each stroke perfectly.

Timo Boll’s equipment is a Timo Boll ALC ST blade, and Dignics 09C.  The Timo Boll  Pro-Line Racket is currently on sale at ButterflyOnline.  *His partner in the video was the Butterfly Amicus Prime Robot.

*This video is available for free on Youtube – but Timo Boll has launched a coaching service which includes premium services such as customized training, and personalized analysis, and even one option that includes a skype session with Timo Boll.  For more information, visit timoboll-webcoach.com
