Pong Detroit is in the top 10 finalist in the Comerica Bank Hatch Detroit; this entity acts as vehicle to champion and support independent retail businesses through funding, education, exposure and mentoring.
Hatch Detroit “was created to give residents a stake in the redevelopment of Detroit. Built on the idea of crowd-based entrepreneurship, we open up our contest to public vote because we believe residents should have the voice to choose the type of retail they want in their communities”.
Pong Detroit is playing to win the biggest prize $100,000 grant, which they are going to use the prize to help renovate the new building where both the employees and the customers will benefit with expanded hours, store for table tennis equipment, flexible scheduling and programming, and improving the quality and service of the club.
That’s why Pong Detroit, needs to get the vote out from the table tennis community so please vote and help spread the word. Anyone around the world can vote once per day through June 23, 2022.
