Outerforce Series | 5-ply wood + 2 CAF (Control Assist Fiber)

Posted on

(by Bowmar Sports)

In this series, Coach Pace introduces the Outerforce CAF, a table tennis blade designed to support modern technique without overwhelming the player with excessive speed. The Butterfly Outerforce Series is built for players seeking a refined balance between control, feel, and controlled offensive play.

Featuring a 5-ply wood + 2 CAF (Control Assist Fiber) construction, the Outerforce CAF enhances stability and touch while maintaining a natural, all-wood-like feedback. The CAF layers are engineered to improve control and consistency, helping players maintain confidence across a wide range of strokes. The result is a blade with a moderate reaction, excellent handling, and a forgiving feel that supports precision and placement.

This makes the Outerforce CAF especially well-suited for players stepping up from entry-level blades or for those who prioritize control, stability, and touch over raw power. Its balanced design allows for smooth transitions between offense and control, making it adaptable for developing players as well as experienced athletes who value reliability in their setup.
