RULES: All USATT and regulations apply. USATT Dress Code will apply.
EQUIPMENT: Butterfly tables, 3 star white butterfly balls; professioal sport floor mat.
ENTRY POLICY: All entries must include payment.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be postmarked by Nov.15, 2018. Late entries will be charged $5.00. Entries may be rejected if space is filled.
