Table Tennis Tournament, Sponsored by Butterfly NA

   USATT Sanctioned 2 star Tournament, 134-32 35th Ave,   Flushing, NY 11354

TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS: Yuxiang Li (www.NYITTC.com)

REFEREE: Jean Sze/CR

RULES: All USATT and regulations apply. USATT Dress Code will apply.

EQUIPMENT: Butterfly tables, 3 star white butterfly balls;

ENTRY POLICY: All entries must include payment.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be postmarked by March 7, 2018. Late entries will be charged $5.00.  Entries may be rejected if space is filled.

ELIGIBILITY: All players must be USATT members. Bring your membership card or receipt. Non-members MUST join at the tournament. Expired USATT members MUST re-join USATT member at the tournament. All ITTF/USATT regulations apply. Only USATT/ITTF-approved equipment will be used. Wear dark solid-colored shirt and shorts, table tennis shoes or sneakers – Reference to USATT Dress Code. Players must abide by all USATT rules. Player ratings will be posted on USATT website. A player can enter 3 events as the most.  The tournament committee reserves the right of acceptance or refusal of all tournament entries, also reserves the rights to sign the rating for non-rated players. Juniors must be under ages 12 as of tournament date.

FORMAT: All events marked RR will play in a round robin group of three or four players. Two players with the best record in the group will advance to the single elimination draw. In USATT rated events, unrated players will not be advanced if they win their round robin group. All matches are best 3 out of  5, 11 point games. The tournament committee reserves the right to modify the format or cancel events due to insufficient entries.
