Denver Table Tennis Alliance Hosted A Successful 1st Tournament

Denver Table Tennis Alliance hosted a successful 1st Tournament at Englewood Rec Center last Saturday, May 4th! 

DTTA is very happy to announce the 1st Tournament at Englewood Rec Center was a success!

They had a day with lots of fun and intense table tennis matches in a tournament that was completely full in all 3 divisions, with players from different cities and TT Clubs from all over Colorado.

The winners and runners up in all 3 divisions, A, B and C, received more than $500 dollars in prizes consisting of Butterfly goods, and we want to congratulate them all again!

Butterfly package prizes went to:

In C division 

Winner – Robert Chappe

Runner up – Sejin Kim

In B division 

Winner – Sreysht Badrinarayanan

Runner up – Piotrek Dumin

In A division 

Winner – Priya Venkateraman

Runner up – Kaustubh Kulkarni

DTTA, like to take the opportunity to remind all TT players in Colorado that DTTA runs the table tennis program for Open Play (and group lessons for beginners every day we open) at Englewood Rec Center on:

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm and

Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm.

DTTA want to again thank Sara Stant and all the staff at ERC for their help and support in order to make our first tournament at their facility such a good one. Thank you.

Finally, we want to thank all participants who played in DTTA’s 1st Tournament at ERC, as well as the friends and families who came to support their loved ones and contributed to making the tournament day even more enjoyable!
