NYISC FUN FACT:

1. Did you know now a designated coach or person can coach between points as long as it does not disturb the flow of play.

2. A cracked ball is not always a let now. Rule 5.5.3. If the match ball breaks during the rally, it often affects the outcome and the point should be re-played. However this is not always the case; for example if a player hit the ball with the edge of the racket, causing the ball to break and the ball to fly high up and backwards, it is likely that the player would have lost the point regardless of whether the racket edge broke the ball or not. In that case, the opponent should win the point. (From the March 7, 2017 Rules Interpretations and Precendents update.)
