Butterfly Proudly Sponsors the ITTF 2016 PANAM Junior Championships

Butterfly is proud to sponsor the upcoming ITTF 2016 PANAM Junior Championships. The ITTF sanctioned table tennis tournament commences June 25, 2016 and continues through June 30th at the Fortius Sport & Health in Burnaby, British Columbia.

The PANAM Junior Championships is open to two teams from North America, four teams from Central America, four teams from the Caribbean and six teams from South America. In addition, the top 16 table tennis players from the May 2016 ITTF World Ranking not competing in team events may participate.

The tournament organized by Table Tennis Canada and directed by Mireille Tallon, features seven junior events. Events include Boys and Girls Teams, Boys and Girls Singles, Boys and Girls Doubles and a Mixed Doubles event.

Each winner and runner-up of the Junior Boys Team and Junior Girls Team events will automatically qualify for the 2016 World Junior Championships, which is November 30th to December 7th.

The PANAM Junior Championships entry form is available at ITTF.com, entry deadline is Tuesday May 24, 2016.

As the official equipment sponsor of the 2016 PANAM Junior Championships, Butterfly will supply ITTF approved professional tables, Butterfly 3-star G40+ balls and barriers.
