When someone starts playing table tennis, the racket matters more than it seems.
The Butterfly BTY ASM-S8 is a recreational racket designed precisely for that: to give a good start, build confidence, and allow the player to enjoy themselves from day one.
Inspired by athletes like Adriana Díaz, our Puerto Rican pride and a global icon, we believe that every great journey begins with a solid foundation… and this racket is one of them.
Why is the BTY ASM-S8 ideal for beginners?
- Good control from the first stroke: It helps keep the ball on the table, which is key when you’re learning technique, coordination, and timing.
- Comfortable feel (Shakehand): Its grip is stable and easy to handle, perfect for children, teens, and adults who are just starting out.
- Balanced rubbers: They aren’t excessively fast, allowing you to learn basic strokes like the forehand, backhand, and serve without losing control.
- Ready to play: It comes fully assembled. You don’t need to worry about blades, rubbers, or gluing: just take out the racket and play.
- Butterfly quality: A globally recognized brand, used by top athletes, now available to those taking their first steps.
How can it help you get started?
- Develop confidence
- Learn the correct technique
- Understand ball control
- Enjoy the learning process more
- Avoid unnecessary frustration at the beginning
A message for beginners:
All great players including Adriana Díaz, started with a simple racket, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn. The important thing isn’t starting with the most expensive equipment, but starting well. The BTY ASM-S8 is an excellent ally for that first step in table tennis.
