Hello i would like to get a blade speedy forehand defensive chop backhand suggest me rubber and blades im not pro

Hi Pouria,

I would suggest you try the Innerforce Layer ZLF blade.

For rubber, red Tenergy 80 2.1mm on your forehand and black Tackiness Chop 1.7mm on your backhand.
