Butterfly Table Tennis Question & Answer

Blade: Timo Boll ALC
Forehand Rubber: Tenergy 05-FX
Backhand Rubber: Tenergy 05-FX

Question: Dear Coach,

Good day

What should I do to improve my table tennis fitness ?

Also I want to know if Tenergy 05-FX rubbers is good for Timo Boll ALC blade ?

Thanks & best regards

Answer:  Hi Sarmad,

Thank you for your question. My suggestion to improve your table tennis fitness is to try having a coach feed some multi-ball training for you. The multi-ball training can help you develop muscle memory and strength from the repetition of shots. It also can help you with your leg strength as many drills can involve practicing your footwork and foot speed.

Lastly, as for your question about the combination between the Tenergy 05-FX and Timo Boll ALC, I have personally played with this combination before and I thought it worked well so I think you should give it a try.

Hopefully this answers your questions and best of luck for the future!
