Aerobic TT at Home (Workout #2)

Aerobic Table Tennis

Steve Rowe, the founder of AerobicTableTennis has launched Aerobic Table Tennis at Home.  Starting April 1, Aerobic Table Tennis at Home will post two videos per day.  The program is designed to help keep everyone fit (and indoors) during the coronavirus lockdown.  As the site notes:

The sessions are for everyone, children and adults. No table tennis experience is needed to take part. View the videos below.

If you have a table tennis bat, that is great. However in order to take part in the physical workouts you don’t need a bat, use your hand instead. Of course if you can find a bat, that would be even better so you can join in the bat skills exercise too.  All are encouraged to post on FB and tag Aerobic Table Tennis, or to post on Twitter and tag @AerobicTT.
