ITTF Rankings: Fan Holds Top Spot, Calderano Rises to 5

China continues to holds the top three spots with Fan Zhendong safely ahead (7725 points), Ma Long in second (4400), and Wang Chuqin narrowly trailing in third (4345).  The next three spots are Tomokazu Harimoto (3860), Hugo Calderano (3525), and Truls Moregard (3345).   The rest of the top 10 are Liang Jingkun, Lin Yun-Ju, Darko Jorgic, and Dang Qiu. USA’s Kanak Jha is at No. 20 (he and Anton Kallberg are tied at 1175, though Kallberg is listed as No. 19).

China holds half of the Top 10 spots on the Women’s Rankings, including the top four places (Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng, Wang Manyu, and Wang Yidi).  Japan’s Hina Hayata and Mima Ito are No.s 5 and 6.  Chen Xingtong of China is No. 7 followed by Ishikawa, Doo, and Ying Han (Japan, Hong Kong, Germany, respectively).  Adriana Diaz has dropped down to No. 13.  Lily Zhang is now at No. 26.
