Congratulations to Team USA’s U11 and U13 athletes for an incredible performance at the Pan American Championships!

This tournament was not only a test of their technical skills and daily training, but also an invaluable international competitive experience. As a coach, I was deeply proud to see our young players stand tall on the table when facing formidable opponents and intense pressure—sticking to their game plans and fighting with determination for every single point.
A standout moment was the U11 Girls’ Singles final. Down in game score and trailing at crucial points against a strong opponent from Brazil, Mia Yang never gave up. She displayed composure, courage, and resilience far beyond her years to pull off the victory.
Medals reflect past achievements, but personal growth is the true prize. I hope this experience gives each player greater confidence and a clearer vision for their journey ahead.
A heartfelt thank you to USA Table Tennis, the coaching staff, and all the parents for their unwavering support. Let’s keep working together to give our athletes more opportunities to compete on the world stage and challenge themselves!
