Serving as the Head of the Puerto Rico U11 and U13 National Team delegation for the Caribbean and Central American Championships is both an honor and a great responsibility. Every athlete on this team has earned the opportunity to represent our country through hard work, discipline, and dedication. As a coach, there is no greater reward than watching young players grow not only in their skills, but also in their character and passion for our sport.
One of the things that makes this journey even more meaningful is that our entire delegation will proudly wear Butterfly, our official sponsor. Throughout my coaching career, I have learned that confidence begins long before the first match.
