Carlos Gracia Rodriguez is one of Puerto Rico’s leading high-performance table tennis coaches, with more
than a decade of experience developing elite athletes at the youth, cadet, junior, and senior levels. Since
2014, he has worked directly with Puerto Rico’s National Team programs and currently serves as Head
Coach of all National Youth Programs. He also leads the Institutional Project of the Puerto Rico Table Tennis
Federation and the Table Tennis Program at the Specialized Sports School of the Olympic Training Center (Albergue Olímpico).

• More than 60 Pan American medals in U11, U13, U15 and U19 categories.
• Athletes qualified for ITTF World Youth Championships.
• Numerous Caribbean Championship medals.
• Development of Pan American Champions and international medalists.
• Direct development of 5 of the 8 current members of Puerto Rico’s National Senior Team.
• Long-term development of elite athletes competing internationally.

EDUCATIONAL IMPACT
Beyond competitive success, Carlos Gracia Rodriguez has impacted and developed more than 50 athletes
who have gone on to become professionals after earning academic scholarships through table tennis. This
achievement reflects a commitment not only to athletic excellence, but also to education, leadership, and life
opportunities for young athletes.
