Dr. Alan Chu is an Associate Professor of Applied Sport Psychology. Alan’s research focuses on motivation and positive psychology in sport and education. His most recent works include mixed-method studies on youth athletes’ motivation and burnout and intervention studies on the effects of self-compassion on elite athletes’ performance and well-being.
