Question:

I want to get my first Butterfly and I am a beginner. Please recommend Cypress T Max rubber. I like to chop and spin the ball.

Answer:

Dear Tommy,

Thank you for the inquiry.

I understand you are looking for rubbers to improve chopping and spinning skills. In my opinion Tackiness Chop ll is likely a suitable rubber that might be beneficial to you. However, while Tackiness Chop ll rubber is good for both chop and spins, it is designed mainly for defense players who use chopping techniques as a way of defending.

But in your case, inferring that you are not a defense player from the fact that you use Cypress T Max blade, I would like to recommend Dignics 09C rubber. Dignics 09C rubber is known for its tacky topsheet. The tacky surface has the capability to enable players to experience a high amount of spin, providing chops more attainable.

I hope my recommendation is helpful.
