- Shipping days specified above are estimated business days. Butterfly is not responsible for shipping delays due to: incomplete or inaccurate order information provided by the customer, customs processing/inspections, or carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, motor freight, etc.) shipping disruptions.

TAXES
- NC residents must add the state sales tax, which
is presently 6.75%.
- All orders shipped from the Canada warehouse will
be assessed 5% GST. Residents of NB, NF, and NS will
be charged the 13% GST.
- For Canadian orders shipping from our U.S. warehouses,
the GST, as well as duties, will be required upon pick-up
at the Post Office.
**If your order contains one of the following: Bags, Ball Amigo, Ball Trainer,
Barriers, Combi-Clean, Net Sets, Robots, Rushawa Cleaner, Table Cover, League Scorer, or Umpire Table,
THE ENTIRE ORDER will ship via UPS Ground Service, Canada Post Ground Service or USPS Parcel Post.

PAYMENT
- US$ is the required form of currency for orders shipping
from our U.S. warehouse and accepted forms of payment
are:

credit cards, cash, check, COD or Money Order.
- CAN$ is the required form of currency for orders shipping
from our Canadian warehouse and accepted forms of payment
are: credit card (VISA or MasterCard), cash, check, or
money order.
- COD orders are only available from our NC warehouse. COD orders can only ship within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground. There is a $8.50 charge for COD orders.
MINIMUM ORDER
- There is a non-refundable $5.00 service charge for
orders mailed within the United States under $50.00.
- There is a non-refundable CAN$5.00 service charge for
orders under CAN$50.00 mailed within Canada.
- There is a non-refundable $10.00 service charge for
orders mailed outside the United States and Canada under
$50.00.
PROCESSING
- For orders shipping from our North Carolina warehouse, orders received before 8:30AM (ET) will be shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 8:30AM (ET) will ship the following business day.
- For orders shipping from our Canada warehouse, orders received before 8:30AM (ET) will be shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Table orders normally ship within two business days.
- Should there be any discrepancies (credit card billing, product availability, etc.) with your order customer service will contact you. If you have any questions regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
- Should an item be out-of-stock, you will have the option to cancel the item or place it on backorder. For any items that you leave on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival. The item(s) will automatically ship to you when available. Prior to their arrival, you will be able to order additional items to ship with your existing backorder. Any discounts applied to the original order are not applicable to the newly added items.
- Your credit card is not charged until the item(s) ship
TABLE SHIPMENTS

All tables are shipped Monday-Friday by motor freight carriers and you are required you to be present when the table is delivered.
- Due to the size of the truck, freight companies may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you feel that your required destination is such, please contact us prior to placing your order.
- Tables will be delivered curbside. It will arrive via a special truck with a hydraulic lift which we will provide at no additional charge. Some restrictions may apply.
- Additional services can be provided by the freight company at an additional charge such as:
- Two-Man Delivery - if you are physically unable to assist the driver, the freight company can send a two man crew
- Inside Delivery - if you require assistance transporting your table to a carport, garage, etc.
- Please notify the freight company should you require any of the above services.
- Freight companies will not assist in transporting tables up or down steps or help in assembling the table. If you require such assistance, you should contact a local Home Delivery Carrier or Moving and Storage Company and inquire about their services prior to ordering your table.
- We will notify you once your table has been shipped and provide you with the PRO (tracking) number and the local terminals phone number. You are responsible for scheduling a delivery time with the freight company.
- Should you need to change the ship to address for any reason once the table has been shipped, an additional charge will apply.
- Most freight companies require a four hour window delivery time. If the freight company is late for delivery, please contact them directly.
- Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company.
- Once the table has been removed from the truck, and while the driver is still present, inspect the table for any damage.
- Table damage must be noted on the Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery to ensure proper credit. If for any reason you suspect damage that is not visible, please note “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt. If the driver will not allow you to make this notation, refuse the shipment.
- For any concealed table damage found after the delivery, you must notify the freight company within ten days of delivery to ensure proper credit.
- If you find your table has concealed damage, do not assemble the table. If a table has freight damage and a pick-up by the freight company is required, you are responsible for re-packing the table in its original packaging.
- Tables cannot be shipped COD.
CUSTOM-MADE RACKETS

Custom-made rackets are non-returnable
and non-refundable.

Rackets are assembled at no extra
charge.

To get the cost of a custom-made
racket, add the cost of the blade and the rubber sheet(s).

To comply with ITTF regulations,
one side of the racket must be red and one side must
be black.

Custom-made rackets cannot be sent
COD.

Custom-made rackets must ship from
our North Carolina warehouse.
DISCOUNTS
WARRANTY

30 day warranty against factory defective
merchandise.

Butterfly Tables include three year warranty
against factory defective merchandise.

The Amicus 3000 includes a two year
warranty against factory defective merchandise.

Warranty does not cover misuse of
product.
RETURNS

Custom-made rackets are non-returnable
and non-refundable.
- All CD’s, DVD’s, and videos are non-returnable
and non-refundable unless found to be factory defective.

At Butterfly Table Tennis’
discretion, items which are deemed to be unfit for resale
are non-returnable and non-refundable

Returned merchandise will not be
accepted without prior oral or written authorization
and proof of purchase.

Returned goods must be shipped with
freight prepaid via USPS. If the returned merchandise
is found to be factory defective the shipping charges
will be credited to your account.

For all returned merchandise, the
service charge will only be reimbursed for products
which are found to be factory defective.

All order discrepancies must be
resolved with Butterfly Table Tennis within ten days
of the date of delivery, after which all sales are considered
final.

Exchanges: A $5.00 shipping fee will be charged for exchanges. Exchanges are reshipped via Priority Mail.
